Monse

Hola everyone! 

My name is Monse, and I am the new receptionist at the Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital. I found my love of working with animals through taking care of my dog Zeus who was a boxer mix that I had the honor of raising for 12 years, through him I learned about animal care and inspired me to learn more.  Currently I have one dog named Juno that is a husky mix and two cats Ares and Binx that I love to snuggle up with every day after work. 

Before DEAH I worked at a non-profit animal clinic in Toronto, I am fluent in Spanish and help translate whenever we have Spanish speaking clients.

In my free time I like to DJ and organize events in the city to dance and celebrate with community! I am working towards continuing to invest myself in community building and my love for animals.

My dream is to one day open an animal shelter where I am from in Oaxaca, Mexico as the street animal numbers keep increasing each year. Every working experience with animals and community inspires me so much to make that dream come true.
